Summary For July 2-8
Category G1 (Minor) geomagnetic storms occurred on 6, 8, and 9 July. Category S1 (Minor) solar radiation storms were observed on 7, 8, and 9 July Category R2 (Moderate) radio blackouts were observed on 2,4, 5, 6, and 8 July. A category R3 (Strong) radio blackout was observed on 6 July.
Outlook For July 9-15
A category G1 (Minor) geomagnetic storm is expected on 9 July. A category S1 (Minor) solar radiation storm is expected on 9 and 10 July. Category R1 (Minor) radio blackouts are expected from 9-15 July.
