           ISES Data Exchange Messages for Meudon RWC

On August 16, 2010 the rules for these coded message files will
change. Coded messages from all stations, frequencies, and 
types will be included. This will increase the number of coded
messages, but allows for the addition of new stations.  
   

The BOUMEU and BOUMEUSS files contain recent space weather 
data coded in URSIgram codes as received at the Space Weather 
Prediction Center (SWPC) Boulder Colorado. These sets of coded 
messages were selected for re-transmission by the International 
Space Environment Service (ISES) Meudon Regional Warning Center
(RWC).

BOUMEUSS messages are issued daily at 0630 UTC and contain these 
URSI coded messages received since the last file was created.
