SWPC Returns to Normal Operations Following APS Migration Test

The transfer of operations to our off-site backup system was completed on Monday, 10 April 2017. SWPC ran on the backup system for three days and returned to normal operations today, 13 April at 1752 UTC (1:52 ET). Users likely experienced brief intermittent outages while systems were transitioned back to Boulder, however, all products should be back up and running properly.
