SWPC to Transfer Operations to our Back-Up Site on 14 June, 2017
published: Monday, June 19, 2017 14:58 UTC

SWPC will transfer processing operations to our off-site, alternate processing system beginning at approximately 1000 MT (1200 ET) on June 14, 2017; with an anticipated return to on-site processing starting at about 1000 MT (1200 ET) on June 20, 2017. Brief, intermittent outages are likely for upwards of an hour on each of those days, at the time of the transfers.

Additionally, users will be unable to create new Product Subscription Service (PSS) accounts, or modify existing accounts, during the entire period SWPC runs operations from the alternate processing site. Alerts from our PSS system for existing accounts will not be impacted - except, possibly during the brief periods on the days of the transfer. Continue to check our SWPC webpage any updates to this information.
