Welcome Networking Session

On Monday April 13, a Welcome Networking Session will be held at the NCAR Mesa Lab (NCAR On The Hill) venue from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. This is a great time to meet your fellow attendees over light food and drink before the official kick off of the Space Weather Workshop on Tuesday morning.

• Parking and Transportation - Shuttle buses departing the Millennium at 4:45 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. for anyone needing a ride to the NCAR Mesa Lab. The bus will depart the NCAR Mesa Lab for the Millennium at 6:45 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Free parking is available on a first come, first serve basis at the NCAR Mesa Lab.1850 Table Mesa Drive

Wednesday Evening Banquet

On Wednesday April 15, the banquet will be held at the UCAR Center Green 1 Auditorium from 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Dr. Sandy MacDonald, NOAA ESRL Director, will be featured as our special guest speaker and provide an exciting, eye-catching presentation on Science on a Sphere. 

• Tickets and Attendance - Please note that a ticket (attached to your conference badge lanyard) will be required for entry to the Wednesday evening banquet.
• Special Meals - Attendees with special dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian or kosher meals) should make the proper selection when registering. At the Wednesday evening banquet, attendees may simply notify their server of the preferred meal choice.
• Parking and Transportation -  Shuttle buses will run from the Millennium Hotel at 5:45 p.m. The shuttle bus will be returning to the Millennium Hotel at 8:45 p.m. Free parking is available on a first come, first serve basis at UCAR Center Green.
