Speaker and Poster Information

Speaker Information

Speakers (oral presenters) are encouraged to visit the Interlocken Ballroom if they have questions concerning their presentation. Support staff will be available to answer questions concerning room setup and audio/visual support. 

NOTE: Loading Presentations Before the Meeting - Presenters are encouraged to upload their presentations in advance of the meeting to avoid last minute difficulties. 

Please note that the following standard equipment will be available:

  • two screens of appropriate size
  • a podium microphone
  • a lavaliere microphone
  • a speaker timer
  • data/video projector

Speakers who wish to load files at the meeting site are encouraged to have their presentation loaded on a thumb drive. The audio /visual tech (at the back of the room) will accept your presentation. Please ensure to allow adequate time for the A/V tech to load and prepare your presentation. Presenters are reminded to take their storage device with them when finished uploading their presentation.

Poster Information

Posters can be set up on Monday or Tuesday morning in the Interlocken Ballroom C &D. Poster limitations are 4' x 4'. Additionally, eposters will be available. A Google Sheet will be available to those who present eposters. 2 large monitors will be set up in the ballroom with an appropriate audio visual cable (i.e HDMI). E poster presenters are asked to provide their own laptop. Posters are required to be removed by 5:00pm on Thursday.
