published: Saturday, October 15, 2016 08:06 UTC

G2 (Moderate) geomagnetic storm conditions were observed at 13/2012 UTC, 13/1759 UTC, and 14/0139 UTC as a result of impacts from the 09 Oct CME. The current solar wind environment reflects tapering influence in which G1 (Minor) conditions are likely for the remainder of today and the early portion of 15 Oct.
