Predicted Kp Data File Change May 4, 2020

SWPC is changing its Kp JSON product to include only 3 days of predictions. Internally, SWPC generates predictions for days 4-7, however these are not official forecast products. Reducing the duration of the JSON to three days will restore the product to containing only the official forecast period. This change takes effect May 4, 2020
