The inaugural meeting of the SWAG is scheduled for December 1, 2021 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. EST. T

he meeting will be open to the public. The Committee will discuss duties directed by the PROSWIFT Act. The full agenda, meeting materials, and registration details are available on the SWAG website: https://www.weather.gov/swag.

Pursuant to the Promoting Research and Observations of Space Weather to Improve the Forecasting of Tomorrow (PROSWIFT) Act, the Administrator of NOAA and the National Science and Technology Council's Space Weather Operations, Research, and Mitigation Interagency Working Group established the Space Weather Advisory Group (SWAG) on April 21, 2021.
